H4350 looks like it will do just fine, in the velocity area for the range of 257 weight of bullets. I plenty of both powders, but have heard RL 17 gives better velocity. People claim H4350 is the perfect powder for the Creedmoor, so naturally I thought IMR 4350 would be a good choice. But I would definitely enjoy the velocity that RL 17 seems to produce. So....H4831SC performed the best in my old 338WM w/ a 24" barrel. After testing H4350, IMR 4350 and Ramshot Hunter in my rifle, 4831SC was the most consistent. I went straight to it for my new 26" 338WM and it didn't disappoint. The "SC" flows fine in my Redding LR-1000.The H is a tiny bit slower, and you'll see that you can go just a bit higher before you see pressure troubles.
